RecycleForce Awarded $1.3M USDOL Training to Work Grant

We are excited to announce that RecycleForce has been awarded our second USDOL Training to Work Grant of $1.3 million!

This grant is part of the Obama Administration's efforts to break the cycle of poverty, crime and incarceration. The awards provide services for at-risk youth, as well as currently and formerly incarcerated individuals. This grant offers ex-offenders a chance to participate in RecycleForce's program, offering them workforce skills training and education as well as mentoring and follow-up services.

"RecycleForce is excited to receive our second Training to Work grant from the United States Department of Labor," said RecycleForce President Gregg Keesling. "These funds will allow us to train and employ another 170 men and women referred to us by the Marion County Work Release Centers. Craine House and Duvall have been great partners for us and we are excited that we can continue to employ the referrals they will make to us over 2016-2017."
